What’s Menstrual Pain & PCOD?
Menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) and Polycystic Ovarian Disease (PCOD) are common hormonal disorders that cause irregular periods, severe cramps, and fertility issues. Menstrual pain results from uterine contractions, while PCOD is marked by cyst formation on the ovaries, leading to hormonal imbalance, weight gain, and metabolic disturbances. If left untreated, PCOD can cause infertility and long-term health complications.
Cause of Menstrual Pain & PCOD
Hormonal imbalances, poor lifestyle choices, stress, and metabolic issues are primary causes. Elevated androgens, insulin resistance, and inflammation further disrupt ovulation and worsen menstrual health. Dietary deficiencies and toxin buildup also contribute to irregular cycles and severe cramping.
Symptoms of Menstrual Pain & PCOD
Women experience severe abdominal cramps, nausea, heavy bleeding, and mood swings during menstruation. PCOD symptoms include irregular periods, excessive hair growth, acne, weight gain, and hair thinning. If left untreated, these conditions can impact reproductive health and emotional well-being.
SVHRC’s Treatment for Menstrual Pain & PCOD
SVHRC’s holistic herbal treatment regulates menstrual cycles, reduces cramps, and restores hormonal balance naturally. Unlike synthetic medications or hormonal pills, which offer only temporary relief, our herbal approach targets the root cause and promotes long-term healing.
Early treatment ensures better hormonal balance, improved fertility, and reduced symptoms. SVHRC’s herbal remedies, dietary modifications, and lifestyle adjustments provide a safe, side-effect-free solution for PCOD and menstrual pain.
Treatment & Diet
SVHRC prescribes herbal medicine to regulate periods and reduce pain, along with a hormone-balancing diet rich in fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, and antioxidants. Avoiding processed foods, caffeine, and sugar prevents hormonal disruptions, while hydration and detoxification support recovery.
Exercise & Daily Care
Regular yoga, strength training, and walking improve blood circulation, reduce pain, and support hormonal stability. Managing stress through meditation and relaxation techniques further enhances treatment effectiveness and emotional well-being.
Treatment Duration & Monitoring
Mild cases improve within six months, while chronic cases require longer treatment. Regular monitoring of symptoms ensures treatment effectiveness and necessary adjustments. Following SVHRC’s herbal regimen and lifestyle recommendations maximizes long-term recovery.
Adherence to Protocol
Patients must follow prescribed protocols and not alter dosages or take other medications without SVHRC’s approval. Taking additional medicines can interfere with the herbal treatment. This adherence is vital for successful healing.
